You are NOT permitted to send Unsolicited Email using your Yuhknow email address as a return email address or by using Yuhknow webmail service at http://webmail.yuhknow.com. Unsolicited means that the recipient has not granted verifiable permission for the message to be sent.

What is Bulk Email - Bulk email as Yuhknow.com refers to as when you SEND an email to large lists of collected email address, lists you have purchased, leads of any kind, email addresses you have harvested, FFA posting lists etc. Whether you BCC the full list all at once OR you send to them one email at a time, you are still in violation of our policy. You may not send to these types of lists through Yuhknow http://webmail.yuhknow.com or use your Yuhknow.com email address as a reply or from address on these types of emails.

Bulk email is not permitted through Yuhknow.com. We do not permit Yuhknow.com Email accounts to be used in sending email to "optin" lists or any list of users via a bulk mailer and using Yuhknow as the reply address. The use of Yuhknow webmail to send directly to any list of email address which is considered bulk mail is strictly prohibited. This includes, but not limited to, FFA lists, purchased lists, email addresses collected by you and/or your company.

Safelist email is NOT referred to as bulk email. The mail is received by Yuhknow not sent through Yuhknow service. Using your Yuhknow email address in your safelist accounts is not against the TOS.

You are NOT permitted to use your YuhKnow email address as a return email address for any bulk email you send out. This can and will cause massive amounts of returned messages to our server.

You are NOT permitted to send to MORE then 5 email addresses at one time. This means, you can not have more then 5 email addresses listed in the To Field, The BCC Field or the CC Field of any one email that you compose in the Yuhknow email account system. Failure to comply with this will end in suspension of your email account and any future services with Yuhknow.com. Yuhknow.com considers sending to more then "5" email addresses per email as "bulk" email.

You are NOT permitted to use Yuhknow to send Unsolicited Bulk Email, commonly referred to as UBE, using your Yuhknow email address as a return email address or by using Yuhknow webmail service at http://webmail.yuhknow.com.
